Ms. Utoh earned a Bachelor of Arts in History & Secondary Education from Hood College. She went on to the University of North Texas for an M.Ed in Educational Leadership. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Leadership, Management, and Policy from Seton Hall University. Her research is focused on DEI issues in education, and she plans to defend her dissertation in 2022.
Ms. Utoh serves as a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate through CASA of Union County, working as an advocate for foster children and youth in and out of court. She is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.
