From the Assistant Principal for Academics

Dear Families,

I am honored to introduce myself as the Academy’s newly-appointed Assistant Principal for Academics and proud to be a new member of the Saint Elizabeth family.

In this new position, I am looking forward to providing leadership and support in the areas of curriculum revision and implementation, instruction, and assessment, with particular emphasis on student academic achievement, teacher development, and best practices and strategies in teacher instruction.

Through collective hard work and determination, I am confident that the administration and staff will effect continued student success, improvement, and college and career readiness as we continue to cultivate 21st century skills. In an effort to involve all of our stakeholders—staff, students, parents, and community members—I plan to work collaboratively in order to maximize academic excellence and nurture lifelong learning and independent thinking. Together we can provide the tools to empower students to successfully and effectively navigate through this diverse world.

I am looking forward to a successful 2016-17 school year.

Emily Hannan
