ASCE North Jersey Branch believes in investing in the future of the civil engineering profession. This means elevating the next generation of young engineers, and to do this, ASCE NJB awards $15,000 annually to graduate, undergraduate and high school students.
ASCE FAMILY MEMBER SCHOLARSHIP - The North Jersey Branch will award a scholarship to the child or grandchild of a member of the ASCE North Jersey Branch currently pursuing a Civil Engineering Undergraduate Degree. The scholarship will be awarded to a college Junior who demonstrates strong academic and extracurricular achievement.

$5,000 college scholarship awarded to a high school student who is planning to pursue a career in journalism. This student also is named the Garden State Scholastic Press Association’s New Jersey High School Journalist of the Year.

Bob Stevens Memorial Scholarship - $2,000 college scholarship awarded through the Garden State Scholastic Press Association to a high school senior who has demonstrated dedication to their school newspaper or yearbook.

BBB - Better Business Bureau- Better Business Bureau of New Jersey Tom Hart Memorial Scholarship
Background -Tom Hart humbly volunteered on BBB Serving New Jersey’s Board of Directors from 2001 through 2016. He served as Chairman of the Board from 2005 to 2007 and as Chair of the Finance Committee for the majority of his tenure. Mr. Hart was a passionate advocate of BBB’s values of excellence, integrity, teamwork, trust and respect. This Scholarship honors the commitment Tom so kindly and selflessly made in support of BBB’s mission to be the leader in advancing marketplace trust.
Eligibility - The BBB Serving New Jersey’s Tom Hart Memorial Scholarship recognizes one high school student graduating in 2022, who personifies high ethics demonstrated through academic history, personal values, leadership, and community services.
The winner will receive a scholarship of $3,000 to an accredited college or university of his or her choice. The funds will be distributed directly to the school upon verification of the student’s college enrollment. The scholarship must be applied toward school-related expenses including tuition, books, or other related items.
Guidelines - Entries for the BBB Tom Hart Memorial Scholarship will be reviewed by the Scholarship Committee. Judges will select the scholarship recipient based on their leadership, contributions to their communities and schools, academic accomplishments, and written essay exemplifying BBB Values. Decisions of the Scholarship Committee are final.
The applicant must be a full-time resident of New Jersey. The applicant must plan to attend an accredited college or university in the United States on a full-time basis. The applicant must be graduating in 2022 and have a desire to continue his/her education.

Submission Period
The official submission period for entries is January 1, 2022 – February 15, 2022. Entries must be received at BBB by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on the deadline date. The Scholarship will be presented in April 2022 at BBB’s Annual Meeting.

The Daughters of the American Revolution is pleased to offer numerous scholarships for graduating seniors planning to attend a four year accredited college in the United States. Below is a summary of available scholarships. Application forms and information are attached.
BETTY BRADBURY VAIL SCHOLARSHIP $2,000
This Scholarship is awarded to a high school senior who is a United States citizen who is planning on majoring in Political Science, History, Government or Economics at a college in the United States. There may be more than one applicant from each school. The original application and 3 copies must be mailed by December 20, 2021. NO EXCEPTIONS. The application form, sponsoring chapter form and extra-curricular activities forms are attached. All must be completed as per instructions.
NJ STATE SOCIETY SCHOLARSHIP $1000
This Scholarship is awarded to a high school senior who is a US citizen, plans to attend a college in the US and who demonstrates financial need. One applicant is allowed per high school. This application (1 original and 3 copies) must be returned to the Guidance Counselor for pick up no later than November 22, 2021. NO EXCEPTIONS. The application is attached.
DAR NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS
We offer a wide array of scholarships for graduating high school students, college undergraduates, and graduate students. An informational flyer is attached which may be posted or distributed.
The online application platform is now open. The application timeframe for the 2022-2023 academic year is from November 1, 2021, through January 31, 2022 by 11:59 p.m. EST.
NEW - America 250! Scholarship - $5,000
Do you know a college undergraduate currently majoring in American history?
This year the DAR Scholarship Committee is pleased to announce a new scholarship will be offered in celebration of our nation’s 250th Anniversary. The America 250! Scholarship is a one-time $5,000 scholarship awarded to up to four college undergraduates currently majoring in American history. Further information can be found at: America 250! Scholarship. While many programs are directed primarily to recognizing academic achievement or leadership potential, the Horatio Alger Association seeks students who have exhibited determination, integrity, and perseverance in overcoming adversity, as well as have critical financial need.

JLM's 50th anniversary celebration. Scholarships are awarded based on

Morristown, Inc. (JLM) is offering four scholarships to students who
reside or attend school in Morris and Somerset counties and are planning

KPMG Future Leaders Program
Applications are now being accepted for the KPMG Future Leaders Program – Class of 2021!
KPMG Future Leaders Program will award 22 deserving high school female seniors:
- A scholarship of $10,000 per year for 4 years of college
- A pairing with an executive woman mentor for one-year
- A leadership development retreat and ongoing KPMG support
Applicant criteria includes:
• Female high school senior planning to enroll in a 4-year undergraduate program for the upcoming fall semester
• Proven track record of academic excellence and leadership potential
• Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA
• Interest in a business or STEM academic track
• Active in the community and
• Demonstrates a significant financial need
• Letter of recommendation from a nonprofit/community organization
The Mensa Foundation Scholarship Program awards more than $150,000 in assistance every year to college-bound students around the globe. Scholarships are awarded based solely on 550-word essays expressing applicants’ academic and professional goals and how their personal experiences will help them to accomplish those goals.
The U.S. scholarship program relies on approximately 450 dedicated volunteers around the country, with support from the Foundation’s office staff. U.S. applicants need not be Mensa members. However, college-bound Mensa members and their dependents may also be eligible for one of several $2,500 scholarships awarded each year through the Mensa Member Scholarship Program.

$300 to $1,000 available to students enrolled in post-secondary/college in September 2021

Morris County Chapter - The Links, Inc.
Annually starting in May 2021, the Morris County (NJ) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated (“Morris County Links”) will award one two-year $6,000 STEAM scholarship to a high school senior who meets the qualifications outlined in the enclosed Scholarship Application package.

Morris County Retirees Education Association, INC (MCREA)

New Jersey Relocation Council Scholarship
NJRC offers a scholarship opportunity for college-bound seniors who have relocated during their high school years from one school to another, at least 50 miles. Their GPA must be 3.0 or higher.

Four (4) $1250 scholarships for 2021 high school graduates who will be attending a 2- or 4-year post-secondary institution. Please note that one of the four will be awarded to an alumnus of NJACAC's Camp College or College Key Program.Counselor recommendation is required, please see Ms. Walsh.
Catholic High School Achievement Award
Eligibility : Incoming freshmen attending Catholic high schools with a minimum of an unweighted 3.0 GPA and a 1350 SAT (new) or 29 ACT as well as a strong record of involvement in their high school, community or church.
