Toward Boundless Charity Donate to St. Joseph's Hospital
Members of Toward Boundless Charity visited Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Paterson, founded and sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of Saint Elizabeth since 1867.
The students delivered over 500 items for the hospital’s Child Life Center which were donated for a supply drive during Catholic Schools Week. Members of the hospital’s executive team spoke to the students about the history of their healthcare system, about what a child life specialist does and met the Chairman of Pediatrics, Dr. Michael Lamacchia.
The students also explored a new program for high school students called “High School Job Shadow Program,” and met the sisters who live at the convent on campus.
