Art: A Way to Express Yourself

Here at the Academy of Saint Elizabeth, we firmly believe that the fine and performing arts promote academic excellence, socioemotional wellbeing, and appreciation for the diverse abilities of our students. Through our Arts Department, students are able to explore the multifaceted variety of art forms, including:

- Art I, III, III, IV
- Art Portfolio
- Dance
- Digital Photography, Advanced Digital Photography
- Mixed Media
- Music Fundamentals
- Special Topics in Art
- Theater Program

Through a mixture of semester- and year-long courses, students can discover their self-expression through various mediums, enhancing their creative flow and abilities.

ARTS HONOR SOCIETIES

All the World's a Stage...

The Academy's Theater Program encourages students to step out from behind the curtain and bask in the spotlight of the theatrical arts, combining acting, singing and dancing abilities (of all levels)!

Each year, students are able to participate in our Spring Musical, which showcases the many God-given talents and abilities of our aspiring female actors. While there are tryouts for each musical, our Theater Program seeks to find a role for all who wish to be a part of the cast and crew. All are welcome, from beginners to stage veterans, with the goal of growing greater appreciation for the performing arts.

Additionally, there are opportunities for students to experience the arts "behind-the scenes," ranging from stage managers, set designers, stagehands and audio technicians.
